Job summary

West Monroe is seeking a Managing Director / Partner to lead the Energy & Utilities Practice on the West Coast, driving national growth through executive relationships and transformational programs in an entrepreneurial consulting environment.

This role oversees large-scale modernization engagements (AMI, ADMS, DER, CIS/ERP, EAM), mentors teams, shapes practice strategy, and partners with West Monroe leaders to win business while fostering an inclusive, high‑performing culture.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Energy & Utilities with leadership of large modernization initiatives.
• 8+ years in consulting or professional services leading complex transformation programs.
• Proven ability to develop executive-level client relationships and grow strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive relationship and delivery for utility clients on large-scale transformation programs.
• Oversee scope, resourcing, budgets, risks, quality, and outcomes across multiple projects.
• Mentor teams and drive data-driven recommendations using AI tools to improve delivery.
