Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years in EMS sales, contract manufacturing, or related electronics field.
• Strong understanding of EMS/CM industry and global supply chains.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional, remote and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Grow accounts and expand market share through strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer leadership and engineering teams.
• Align client expectations with Sanmina’s operations and manufacturing teams.
• Lead QBRs, resolve issues, and optimize value delivery for customers.
• Coordinate proposals, RFQs, and competitive bids with global teams.
