Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration with a technical focus, or related field.
• 10–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in large facilities.
• EMS industry experience including advanced electronics, optical technologies, telecommunications, or materials processing.
• Proven experience managing plant financial performance, budgets, production operations, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP and New Product Introduction (NPI) protocols.
• Ability to analyze operational and financial data to improve efficiency and drive decisions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant operations and cross-functional teams to meet production, quality, delivery, cost, and revenue targets.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility including budgeting and capital expenditures.
• Develop short- and long-term strategies aligned with business objectives and customer requirements.
• Provide leadership to manufacturing, process, industrial, automation, and quality engineering teams.
• Drive process optimization, equipment utilization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee NPI programs to ensure manufacturability and successful launches.
• Collaborate with program management, engineering, customers, suppliers, and leadership to support requirements and growth.
• Evaluate capacity, product mix, and operating costs to maximize plant performance and profitability.
