Job summary

Sanmina Corporation, a global EMS leader, is seeking a Business Unit Manager to lead all business support operations for a strategic customer account in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role connects customers, channel partners, manufacturing operations, supply chain, and other functions to ensure flawless execution from forecast to shipment. Strong program management, customer engagement, and cross-functional leadership are key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in business operations, program management, or manufacturing.
• 5+ years leading customer-facing operational teams.
• Experience with global OEM, hyperscale, enterprise storage, server, or electronics manufacturing customers.
• Strong knowledge of Order Management, Demand Planning, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business support operations from customer demand through shipment.
• Manage order management, forecasting, scheduling, backlog management, and fulfillment.
• Lead weekly and monthly demand reviews with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement across operational processes and cross-functional coordination
