Job summary

VDA is seeking an Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations in a designated area. You will lead and develop a team of consultants and inspectors, drive growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and enforce company standards.

The role requires strategic thinking and accountability to maintain the brand and profitability. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in elevator industry leadership roles, with certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in elevator industry sales/operations with leadership oversight preferred.
• QEI certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency and drive sales growth.
• Lead and mentor consultants and inspectors to enhance team performance and customer service.
• Analyze performance metrics and market trends to identify improvements and take corrective actions.
• Foster a positive work environment promoting teamwork, innovation and engagement.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
