Qualifications

• Graduate engineer (BSEE/BSME) degree required.
• Electrical technical school graduate or equivalent with ≥5 years experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent with ≥10 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the regional technical sales authority across multiple locations.
• Partner with sales teams to achieve regional sales, profitability, and market-share objectives.
• Engage directly with key customers to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
• Lead complex technical sales activities including site assessments and proposal strategy.
• Provide technically sound, customer-aligned recommendations and pricing insights.
• Lead workshops, webinars, and roadshows to promote capabilities and thought leadership.
• Mentor and coach Sales Engineers and Sales Representatives for growth.
