Responsibilities

• Manages and administers estimating functions, budgets, staffing, and work assignments.
• Implements estimating policies to meet corporate objectives.
• Supports project managers with procurement of purchase orders, subcontracts and change orders.
• Supervises preparation of market cost studies and materials/methods; updates cost database.
• Reviews project details and helps determine strategies and resources needed.
• Maintains coordination with design leads for cost effectiveness and constructability.
• Ensures standardized use of estimating systems and cost database maintenance.
• Maintains historical data for estimating man-hours across project types.
• Reviews final estimates and proposals for accuracy and completeness.
