Job summary

The role requires strong knowledge of cost estimating, data analysis, and effective communication with subcontractors and suppliers. Domestic and/or international travel may be required, up to 40%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 10 years of related estimating experience preferred.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; travel up to 40%.
• Experience with preparing budgets, bids, and proposals; ability to review project details for cost effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the estimating functions for assigned region or group.
• Collaborate with project managers to negotiate purchases, subcontracts, and change orders.
• Prepare market cost studies and maintain estimating databases and historical data.
• Review final estimates and proposals for accuracy and completeness.
