Qualifications

• High school diploma with 10+ years in estimating or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer estimating functions, budgets, staffing, and work assignments.
• Coordinate with project managers on purchase orders, subcontracts, and change orders.
• Supervise preparation of market cost studies and cost databases.
• Review project details with region leadership to determine strategies.
• Ensure use of estimating systems and maintain historical bid data.
• Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing.
• Perform additional duties as required.
