Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 10 years of related experience, including supervisory roles.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manages and administers the estimating functions in assigned region, area or group.
• Implements established estimating policies to meet corporate objectives.
• Works with project managers to provide administrative and technical assistance in negotiating purchase orders, subcontracts, and change orders during procurement.
• Supervises the preparation of market cost studies, materials and methods, and recommends appropriate changes to database.
• Reviews final estimate and proposal packages to ensure accuracy and completeness for formal quotation and presentation.
• Contacts subcontractors and suppliers for outsource pricing.
• Performs additional duties as required.
