Job summary

Unknown Client, a leading electrical contractor in Central Ohio, seeks an experienced electrical construction leader to own the Central Ohio region, build high-performing teams, and drive operational excellence.

You will recruit and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, and other key personnel, oversee multiple commercial and multifamily projects, and strengthen customer relationships to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Strong background in commercial electrical construction and multifamily electrical construction.
• Experience with ground-up construction and design-build delivery.
• Proven ability to lead people and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Central Ohio electrical construction operation.
• Oversee multiple commercial and multifamily projects.
• Lead and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, and other key personnel.
• Drive project profitability, financial performance, forecasting, and accountability.
• Develop and execute regional operational strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with major General Contractors, owners, developers, and customers.
• Help win new work and expand existing customer relationships.
• Participate in preconstruction, estimating, project pursuits, and contract negotiations.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top electrical construction talent.
• Establish operational standards and improve project delivery.
• Identify problems before they become expensive problems.
• Partner with executive leadership on regional growth and business strategy.
• Create a culture where people are accountable, supported, and motivated to perform.
