This is an opportunity for an experienced electrical construction leader to take ownership of an entire regional operation.

Our client is a leading electrical contractor with an established presence and a growing footprint in Central Ohio. They are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the Central Ohio region, develop high-performing teams, drive operational excellence, strengthen customer relationships, and help grow the business.

This is a true regional leadership opportunity—not simply a Project Manager role with a bigger title.

What You'll Own

You'll be responsible for the overall performance and growth of the Central Ohio region, working directly with company leadership to build a stronger, more profitable operation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead the Central Ohio electrical construction operation.
• Oversee multiple commercial and multifamily projects.
• Lead and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, and other key personnel.
• Drive project profitability, financial performance, forecasting, and accountability.
• Develop and execute regional operational strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with major General Contractors, owners, developers, and customers.
• Help win new work and expand existing customer relationships.
• Participate in preconstruction, estimating, project pursuits, and contract negotiations.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top electrical construction talent.
• Establish operational standards and improve project delivery.
• Identify problems before they become expensive problems.
• Partner with executive leadership on regional growth and business strategy.
• Create a culture where people are accountable, supported, and motivated to perform.
