Job summary

Reli Electric is seeking a Lead Commercial Electrician with at least 5 years of commercial electrical experience to run projects from start to finish and to take ownership on site. You will read plans, plan daily work, train and lead apprentices, and coordinate with the general contractor, project manager, and other trades to keep schedules.

This full-time role covers central Ohio projects, with day shifts, possible overtime, competitive pay based on experience, and opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• Requires at least 5 years of commercial electrical experience.
• Experience leading commercial projects and crews.
• Ability to read electrical blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and NEC standards.
• Experience bending and installing EMT conduit.
• Experience with electrical services, panels, feeders, and lighting.

Responsibilities

• Run commercial electrical projects from layout through completion.
• Read and understand electrical plans, specifications, and scope.
• Plan daily work and assign tasks to the crew.
• Lead, train, and work alongside apprentices.
• Coordinate with general contractor, project manager, superintendent, and other trades.
• Keep projects organized and on schedule.
• Identify material, equipment, and manpower needs ahead of time.
• Ensure installations meet NEC requirements and company quality standards.
