Qualifications

• Strong background in commercial and multifamily electrical construction.
• Experience with ground-up projects and design-build delivery.
• Proven ability to lead people and multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall performance and growth of the Central Ohio region.
• Lead and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, and key personnel.
• Drive profitability, forecasting, and accountability for the region.
• Build regional operational strategies and strengthen customer relationships.
• Win new work and expand relationships with General Contractors, owners, and developers.
• Partner with executive leadership on regional growth and business strategy.
• Create a culture of accountability, support, and high performance.
