Job summary

Superior is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Central Ohio to lead electrical construction projects from kickoff to closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, and team collaboration while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring safety on site.

Reporting to Project Executive, this full-time role supports projects across Central Ohio with relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Experience overseeing multi-discipline teams on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team, ensuring clear communication with vendors, clients, and executives.
• Mitigate risks and escalate issues to leadership with proposed solutions.
• Maintain client relationships and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Manage project finances: billings, setup, cost control, change orders, and cost-to-complete.
• Ensure adherence to the project schedule from kickoff to closeout.
• Chair project meetings and coordinate cross-department collaboration.
• Own project contract scope and negotiate changes as needed.
• Maintain a high level of safety across the jobsite.
