Ericson Manufacturing seeks a Central Regional Electrical Channel Manager, based in Willoughby, OH, to lead regional sales across electrical/distribution channels. The role targets end users, contractors, distributors, OEMs, and rep agencies, driving growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales management, strong leadership, and a track record in new business development within electrical/industrial sectors. Travel ~50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales or sales management.
• Public Speaking.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts across North America.
• Experience in electrical, construction, industrial or related industries.
• New Business Development experience strongly preferred.
• Large Account Management preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing strongly preferred.
• Maintain U.S. Passport.

Responsibilities

• Develop a successful Regional Sales and Marketing Plan with Reps and Distributors.
• Select, manage, and lead sales rep agencies across Electrical, STAFDA, Industrial, Rental, and Tool channels.
• Train and mentor product sales and specification skills at rep/distributor levels.
• Lead distribution reps to opportunities, coordinating with distribution and modeling sales/marketing behaviors.
• Interface with distribution contacts to coordinate and support sales regionally and nationally.
• Build and develop a pipeline of new business opportunities by understanding buyers and influencers in the specification process.
• Achieve revenue and profitability goals for Ericson products in assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with value chain partners to identify opportunities for process/product improvement.
• Provide leadership for internal/external customers, upholding company values and teamwork.
• Evaluate market trends and disseminate competitive insights to marketing and sales operations.
• Support the CRM system and logging of leads and opportunities.
