Job summary

Ericson Manufacturing Co. is seeking a Central Regional Electrical Channel Manager to lead regional sales and drive profitable growth across the Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and neighboring states.

This role targets end users, contractors, distributors, OEMs and reps, with a focus on building a robust pipeline and expanding market share. The candidate will manage and mentor sales reps and distribution partners, develop strategic plans, and coordinate cross-functionally to optimize product positioning

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales or sales management.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts across North America.
• Experience in the electrical, construction or industrial or related industries.
• New Business Development experience strongly preferred.
• Large Account Management Preferred
• Maintain U.S. Passport.

Responsibilities

• Develop a successful Regional Sales and Marketing Plan with Reps and Distributors to meet sales and profitability goals.
• Select, Manage and Lead Sales Representative Agencies for Electrical, STAFDA, Industrial, Rental and Tool Distribution.
• Train and mentor Product Sales and Specification Skills at the Rep and Distribution levels.
• Lead Distribution Reps to opportunities involving Ericson products and coordinate with distribution.
• Interface with key distribution contacts to support regional and national sales.
• Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities across target accounts.
• Achieve revenue and profitability goals and teach value-based selling.
• Collaborate with value chain partners to identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide leadership and uphold company values in all tasks.
