Job summary

Rain for Rent is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate Environmental, Health, Transportation, and Safety programs across the region. Under the Sr. Regional EHS Manager, you’ll act as the regional expert, frequently traveling up to 50% by land or air to drive compliance and continuous improvement.

This role requires in-person presence at Rain for Rent offices and branches. You will lead audits, training, incident reviews, and risk assessments, mentor teams, and partner

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required with 5+ years of related experience.
• Ability to lead safety programs and coordinate with/regulatory bodies.
• Strong interpersonal and training skills for cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage leadership to ensure accountability to safety expectations.
• Oversee OSHA safety and health compliance, inspections, and training.
• Develop plans for regional and branch continuous improvement.
• Assist branches with incident reviews and corrective actions.
• Identify training needs and coordinate safety programs.
• Investigate incidents involving company vehicles and drivers.
• Analyze government reports to determine appropriate actions.
• Ensure DOT compliance and driver records management.
• Mentor and coach staff on safety culture and performance.
• Manage projects and coordinate with team members.
