AWP Safety, Inc is seeking a field-based EHS professional to provide day-to-day support across the designated region in the United States. The role emphasizes coaching, training, and implementing safety and risk control programs within operating teams and locations.

Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, guiding EHS program deployment, updating SOPs, and leading incident investigations, with travel up to 80% to branch locations and jobsites.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of work experience in the EHS field.
• Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field preferred, not required.
• EHS certification a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications, software management systems, and EHS management systems and reporting platforms.
• Valid Driver’s License with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day EHS support to designated region.
• Conduct compliance reviews and risk assessments to support EHS management.
• Coach and train field personnel on safe operating behaviors and programs.
• Maintain and update SOPs for safe work practices and equipment.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Travel to branch locations and jobsites up to 80%.
• Act as single point of contact for Region and Branch leadership on EHS matters.
