Job summary

AWP Safety, Inc. is seeking a Regional Environmental, Health & Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across the Midwest region (OH, IN, IL, MI). You will partner with operations to embed proactive EHS practices, coach leaders, and advance a strong safety culture.

The role requires 5–8 years in EHS, a relevant degree, and ability to travel ~50% to support field operations and investigations. Based in or near major Midwest markets with flexible regional placement.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of work experience in the EHS field.
• Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field; 3 years EHS experience or HS diploma with 5 years EHS experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and EHS management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily EHS leadership and guidance to field teams.
• Conduct compliance reviews and risk assessments across the region.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs for staff.
• Maintain and improve SOPs and safety programs.
• Collaborate with operations to drive cultural change toward safety.
