Job summary

USIC is seeking an experienced Regional EHS Manager to join its corporate EHS team, reporting to the EHS Director. You will provide leadership on safety and environmental compliance across the region, helping operating departments identify and control hazards and ensure full regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes implementing a company-wide safety, health, and environmental management program, driving continuous improvement, and mentoring EHS professionals to build strong, employee-led teams

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently under time-sensitive deadlines.
• Experience managing EHS programs in industrial environments.
• Knowledge of OSHA CFR 1910 and 1926, NFPA, and process safety.

Responsibilities

• Drive EHS operationalization and accountability across the enterprise.
• Close open due diligence corrective actions promptly.
• Lead integration of new EHS programs and continuous improvement.
• Ensure regional SAFE-LIFE rhythm with weekly cadence and leadership.
• Provide regulatory and technical support to operations.
• Lead emergency response training and case management.
