Job summary

AI Fire is seeking a proactive Safety Specialist to join the EHS team. You will support planning, implementing, and maintaining safety initiatives across regions, working with field technicians and managers to strengthen safety culture and regulatory compliance.

The role requires conducting jobsite inspections, delivering training, and providing technical safety support in a fast-paced environment. Travel up to 50% of the time is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of safety experience in construction, trades, or related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and reporting.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives across districts and regions.
• Coordinate safety training, including OSHA-related courses.
• Perform jobsite inspections, audits, and safety evaluations.
• Maintain EHS records, logs, and incident files.
• Support prequalification and regulatory compliance efforts.
