Job summary

AWP Safety is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to provide day-to-day safety support across the designated region and coach field personnel in safe operating behaviors. You will design, develop, and implement safety programs and risk controls within the EHS framework.

Responsibilities include conducting compliance reviews, risk assessments, incident investigations, and delivering safety trainings. Expect up to 80% travel to multiple locations within the region.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of work experience in the EHS field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and EHS management systems.
• Valid Driver’s License with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily safety support to the designated region and lead field safety initiatives.
• Conduct compliance reviews, risk assessments, and safety program guidance.
• Maintain and update SOPs; train staff on safe work practices.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis; present findings.
• Travel to branch locations and job sites as required.
