Qualifications

• 10+ years in EHS with 5+ years in leadership
• Experience with regulatory requirements in Washington
• Travel up to 75% regionally (Redmond, Seattle, Bellevue)
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills with diverse audiences
• Bachelor's degree in a related field

Responsibilities

• Oversee site assessments, risk assessments, and incident investigations
• Collaborate with lasers, hazardous chemicals, IH, robotics, and safety engineers
• Coordinate handover of new equipment and facilities with Safety Engineering
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS laws and permits
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and coordinates responses
• Lead continuous improvement from investigations and corrective actions
• Maintain risk and legal registers and communicate critical controls
• Provide metrics and reporting to leaders and stakeholders
• Lead risk management activities including hazard identification and corrective actions
• Drive audits, inspections, data analysis, and EHS-driven efficiency improvements
• Engage employees and drive EHS initiatives through training and leadership involvement
