Job summary

QXO is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across a multi-state territory. The role requires travel up to 50% and residence in CO, UT, NV, NM, or AZ, with preference for CO or UT. The position is remote with travel, offering compensation in the $90,000–$135,000 range and potential variable pay. Emphasis on OSHA/EPA/DOT compliance and safety leadership.

Qualifications

• OSHA/EPA/DOT regulations and safety administration in a transportation, construction, distribution, general industry or warehousing environment.
• Proficient in OSHA & EPA Regulations, State and Federal laws, including Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement safety best practices and standards across the multi-state region.
• Lead safety audits, develop corrective action plans, and drive continuous improvement.
• Train regional teams on construction safety and incident prevention.
• Analyze incidents and perform root-cause analyses to prevent reoccurrence.
• Manage OSHA citations and investigations within the region.
