QXO is seeking a Director, Field Environmental, Health & Safety to lead the EHS strategy for a major business unit. You will manage Regional EHS Managers, integrate safety into operations, and partner with the EHS COE to standardize programs across locations.

The role emphasizes risk reduction, regulatory compliance, and strong leadership to build a best-in-class EHS culture focused on learning and operational excellence.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in distribution, transportation, logistics, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Experience leading multi-site EHS organizations and developing high-performing teams.
• Deep knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, FMCSA, and operational risk management principles.
• Experience developing and executing EHS strategies at a regional, divisional, or business-unit level.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence executive leadership.
