Job summary

QXO is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead safety and regulatory compliance across CA, OR, WA, and AZ. The role requires about 50% travel and a remote-first arrangement with preference for California residents.

You will drive zero-accident objectives, develop safety training, audits, and action plans, and partner with operations to reduce injuries in construction and manufacturing settings. A strong safety background and CSP/ASP/CHST are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5+ years of experience in safety leadership.
• CSP/ASP/CHST certifications preferred to support regional EHS programs.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA/DOT regulations and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) programs for a multi-state region.
• Develop and implement safety policies, training, and corrective action plans.
• Audit facilities and field operations; manage OSHA citations and investigations.
• Analyze safety metrics, report trends, and drive injury prevention initiatives.
• Coordinate incident investigations and root cause analyses across the region.
