QXO is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead safety programs across a multi-state territory, with approximately 50% travel. Remote work is allowed with a preference for California residents and strong alignment to safety excellence.

You will drive Zero Incidents through proactive risk reduction and training. The role requires 5+ years in safety leadership, CSP/ ASP/CHST certifications preferred, and proficiency with OSHA/EPA/DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred with 5+ years safety leadership experience.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred; ASP and CHST also valued.
• Experience with OSHA, EPA, DOT regulations within construction/industrial environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office and safety management systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage safety initiatives to promote compliant practices.
• Develop and implement safety training and policies for construction/manufacturing contexts.
• Manage regional safety performance, incidents, audits, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety communications and reporting across multi-state operations.
