La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Dayton, TN is seeking a Senior Regional EHS Manager to lead Environmental, Health, Safety, Security, and Workers' Compensation programs across manufacturing and distribution sites. You will partner with plant leadership, engineering, legal, and corporate teams to set risk-reduction strategies, drive operational excellence, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualificações
- Bachelor’s degree in Environment, Health, and Safety or a related field.
- 8+ years of relevant EHS experience.
- 5–8 years of supervisory/leadership experience in EHS.
- Up to 25% travel.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
- Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and execute regional EHS strategic plans aligned with corporate objectives.
- Provide governance for EHS performance across multiple facilities.
- Lead site EHS teams to ensure consistent execution of standards.
- Investigate incidents and drive root-cause analysis.
- Partner with Security, legal, and leadership on safety and compliance.
- Manage workers' compensation cost reduction efforts.
