Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. is seeking a Regional EHS Manager to provide leadership for environmental health and safety across field operations, outages, construction projects, and maintenance activities.

The role oversees Senior EHS Coordinators and collaborates with operational leaders to ensure safe execution at all PGS facilities, including HRT and NDC. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 10 years of EHS experience with 5 years in leadership, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years related EHS experience and 5 years leadership experience.
• Preferred certifications: CSP, ASP, CIH, CHMM, OSHA 500, OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid/AED.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, contractor management, incident investigation, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve EHS programs across field operations and facilities.
• Coach Senior EHS Coordinators and partner with operational leaders.
• Provide EHS leadership during outages, construction, commissioning, maintenance, and field service.
• Oversee safety for HRT, NDC, and designated facilities.
• Lead risk assessments, pre-job planning, and Job Hazard Analysis reviews.
• Conduct contractor reviews, audits, site inspections, and compliance assessments.
• Lead significant incident investigations and corrective action programs.
• Support ISO 45001 and EHS management system initiatives.
• Drive safety culture and leadership engagement.
