Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas seeks an experienced Senior Manager, EHS to lead Environmental, Health, and Safety programs across North and South America. You will drive compliance with ISO 45001, oversee incident investigations, and partner with project teams to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The role requires 10+ years in EHS, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellence in leadership and communication. Expect frequent travel and a focus on continuous improvement within a dynamic energy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of EHS experience or equivalent.
• Proven track record leading EHS programs, audits, incidents, and corrective actions.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local EHS regs and ISO 45001.
• Ability to read technical docs and prepare clear reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and improvement of EHS programs across North and South America.
• Audit site activities and advise on actions to maintain safe, compliant worksites.
• Oversee incident investigations and root-cause analysis with timely corrective actions.
• Support ISO 45001 compliance and participate in audits.
• Monitor safety metrics and report performance to leadership.
• Coordinate with LATAM EHS leadership and project teams.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
