• Bachelor’s degree required or 8+ years of directly related EHS experience in manufacturing environment.
• Experience with OSHA compliance and environmental, health & safety programs.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to support EHS initiatives across facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Environmental, Health & Safety programs across multiple manufacturing facilities.
• Serve as regional expert for OSHA and environmental regulations and corporate EHS standards.
• Manage incident reporting, investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve EHS policies, procedures, and management systems.
• Monitor safety performance and develop strategies to reduce hazards and injuries.
• Oversee workers’ compensation programs and coordinate with medical providers.
