Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EHS, Engineering, Environmental Science or related field with 3+ years EHS experience, or 8+ years of related experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to support EHS initiatives and site visits.
• Experience with OSHA compliance, environmental, health, and safety programs in manufacturing.
• Ability to influence leaders and promote a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead Environmental, Health & Safety programs across multiple manufacturing facilities.
• Serve as regional SME for OSHA compliance, environmental regulations and corporate EHS standards.
• Manage safety incident reporting and lead investigations, root cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Develop, implement and improve EHS policies, procedures and management systems.
• Interpret regulatory requirements and advise leadership on compliance obligations and best practices.
• Monitor safety performance and develop strategies to reduce hazards and injuries.
• Oversee workers' compensation programs and coordinate with third-party providers.
