Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior EHS Coordinator to lead safety programs for Field Services within Power Generation Services. You will ensure a safe workplace, enforce OSHA standards, and oversee environmental compliance for internal teams and subcontractors.

The role requires coordinating training, conducting incident investigations, and maintaining records. Expect heavy travel up to 70% and international travel readiness; strong bilingual communication is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or extensive relevant experience.
• OSHA 500 or at least OSHA 30 certification is required.
• BCSP certification is preferred and may be pursued within one year.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA rules.
• Train managers and workers on safety, fire prevention, and chemical handling.
• Dispatch to sites to detect hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Lead injury investigations and prepare evidence for regulatory inquiries.
• Administer systems tracking injuries and submit required reports.
• Maintain environmental policies aligned with EPA rules and recordkeeping.
