Meta is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead environmental health and safety programs across its sites. You will implement EHS policies, drive regulatory compliance, and partner with lab and process teams to embed safety into daily operations.

This role will manage a team of contractors and vendor-managed EHS professionals, travel up to 75%, and apply AI tools to optimize workflows and improve efficiency and quality while upholding ethical practices.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in EHS with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
• Experience with applicable state and local regulatory requirements
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within the region
• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, environmental science, engineering, or a related field
• Professional certifications in Safety, Health, and Environment (CSP, CIH, CHMM, or similar)
• Experience in semiconductor, chemical processing, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environments
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact

• Lead and oversee the implementation and execution of Environmental Health and Safety programs
• Ensure regulatory compliance, operational readiness, and continuous improvement in EHS practices
• Oversee contractors and vendor-managed EHS professionals and collaborate with lab and process managers, safety engineers, and other stakeholders
• Promote safety and environmental stewardship practices across the organization
