Job summary

MAPEI is seeking a Regional Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead EHS programs across multiple facilities in the region, partnering with operations and executive leadership to strengthen safety culture and regulatory compliance. The role focuses on strategy, audits, incident investigations, and continuous improvement of EHS practices.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in manufacturing EHS, ISO 14001/45001, and experience navigating OSHA and EPA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related technical field.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in EHS across multi-site manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Environmental, Health & Safety initiatives aligned with corporate strategy and operational objectives.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DHS, DOT and other regulations across facilities.
• Support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems region-wide.
• Lead or support inspections, audits, investigations, root cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Monitor EHS performance and drive continuous improvement through KPIs and reporting.
