Job summary

ENERGYneering Solutions Inc. (ESI) is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Regional Lead in Fort Worth, TX. This full-time role focuses on leading proactive safety culture across biogas sites, coaching Operations leads and supervisors, and ensuring effective OHSMS implementation.

The position requires 5+ years in EHS, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and travel up to 30%. Excellent communication skills and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applicable EHS experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety or STEM (may be substituted by applicable work experience).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and safety software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and facilitator of our OHSMS and Safe System of Work.
• Conduct site visits to coach workers on safety processes.
• Lead safety training and audits at sites.
• Develop site-specific safety plans and emergency action plans.
• Prepare documentation and corrective/preventive actions.
• Investigate incidents to prevent recurrence.
• Support EHS program development and implementation.
