ENERGYneering Solutions Inc. (ESI) is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety Lead in Houston, TX to promote a proactive safety culture across biogas sites.

You will coach Operations Leads and Supervisors on implementing and verifying health and safety processes within our OHSMS, reporting to the EHS Manager. You will travel up to 30% and lead site visits, safety training, and drills while developing site-specific safety plans and corrective actions to prevent incidents, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• 5+ years of applicable experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety or STEM; substitutions allowed with experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Legal work authorization in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and coach on OHSMS and Safe System of Work.
• Conduct site visits to coach on new safety processes.
• Develop site-specific safety plans and emergency action plans.
• Conduct onsite safety training and participate in Safety Committee.
• Identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
