You will coach Operations Leads, verify health & safety processes, and lead safety initiatives under the EHS Manager. Travel up to 30% is required.

The role emphasizes independent work, clear communication, and continuous improvement, with focus on implementing the OHSMS and leading emergency action planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in safety, STEM or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety information systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for OHSMS and Safe System of Work.
• Coach workers on new safety processes and sustain execution.
• Lead site safety visits and audits.
• Participate in Safety Committee.
• Develop site safety plans and emergency actions.
• Conduct onsite safety trainings.
• Investigate incidents and prepare corrective actions.
• Support EHS Manager with documentation and PPE training.
