Job summary

ENERGYneering Solutions Inc. ® (ESI) is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Regional Lead to promote a proactive safety culture across biogas projects in Seattle and surrounding sites. The role supports our EHS Manager and Operations Team in implementing, executing, and verifying health and safety processes.

You will coach site leads, conduct safety trainings, and develop site-specific plans while encouraging open feedback to optimize safety programs. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applicable EHS experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety or STEM.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and facilitator of our OHSMS and Safe System of Work.
• Conduct site visits to coach workers on safety processes.
• Develop site-specific safety plans and emergency action plans.
• Conduct onsite safety training and drills.
• Identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare proper safety documentation and PPE coordination.
• Support EHS manager and coordinate with sites on safety initiatives.
