ENERGYneering Solutions Inc. (ESI) is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Lead to champion a proactive safety culture across biogas sites. You will coach Operations Leads and Supervisors on implementing, executing, and verifying health & safety processes within our OHSMS.

In this role you will travel to sites, lead safety training, and drive continuous improvement while reporting to the EHS Manager. A strong communicator with a bias for action will thrive here.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety or STEM, or equivalent work experience.
• Willingness to travel 30% to support sites.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as SME and facilitator of our OHSMS and Safe System of Work.
• Conduct site visits to coach workers on new safety processes and sustain execution.
• Conduct learning-style audits and facilitate the completion of findings.
• Participate in company-wide Safety Committee.
• Conduct onsite safety training.
• Develop site-specific safety plans and emergency action plans.
• Conduct and evaluate site drills for crisis and emergency scenarios.
• Identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Assist sites with PPE procurement and training.
• Prepare corrective and preventive actions.
• Serve as SME for employee safety questions and concerns.
• New employee safety orientations.
• Support development and implementation of new EHS programs and policies.
