Job summary

Inframark is seeking a Regional Environmental, Health & Safety Manager to guide EHS strategy for our A&I operations across the region. You will lead safety programs, regulatory compliance, and incident prevention to protect workers and the environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in safety or environmental management, strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA, CSP/ASP a plus, and proven leadership. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience in safety or environmental management.
• Valid Driver’s License; CSP, ASP, or Traffic Control a plus.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications & internet.
• Advanced knowledge of OSHA regulations and Environmental Regulations.
• Ability to follow manual & operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct environmental, health and safety activities for the A&I operations group.
• Reinforce safe working techniques and company safety policies.
• Develop, implement and coordinate regulatory programs (OSHA/EPA).
• Oversee Environmental regulatory and reporting requirements (NPDES, CWA, SDWA, EPCRA, RCRA, SPCC, RMP).
• Assist with DOT compliance and regulatory inspections; coordinate corrective actions.
• Manage incident investigations, corrective actions and verification.
• Develop EHS training matrix and deliver training to management and field staff.
• Manage workers’ compensation and EHS-related insurance programs.
• Maintain EHS IT systems and support due diligence for business development.
