Job summary

AWP Safety, Inc. in the Charlotte area is seeking an experienced EHS professional to provide day-to-day safety support across the region. You will coach field personnel, develop and implement safety programs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Travel to branch locations and jobsites will be required, with a focus on driving continuous loss prevention. Strong communication, leadership, and data-driven safety practices are essential to help teams build a safer, more productive

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of work experience in the EHS field.
• Bachelor’s degree in EHS or relevant field preferred, not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and EHS reporting platforms.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily safety support to the designated region.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety reviews for EHS program.
• Deliver field EHS training and SOP updates.
• Coach regional teams on safety management system.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Travel to branches and worksites as required.
