AWP Safety, Inc seeks an EHS Coordinator to provide day-to-day EHS support across our designated region, coaching field personnel on safe operating behaviors and implementing safety programs. You will perform site visits, risk assessments, and reviews to ensure regulatory compliance under the AWP Safety Management System.

The role requires 3–5 years in EHS, an associate degree (bachelor's preferred), and strong knowledge of OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of work experience in the EHS field.
• Associate degree in EHS or a related field is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering or Safety Management is preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of OSHA orders and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily safety support to designated region.
• Plan, supervise, and coach regional teams on safety procedures.
• Conduct compliance reviews and risk assessments.
• Maintain and update SOPs for safe work practices.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Coach and mentor field personnel on AWP Safety Management System.
