Job summary

Arcosa is seeking a Regional Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead safety programs for 2–4 manufacturing facilities within a defined region. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety, environmental science, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive EHS leadership in manufacturing or heavy industry.
• Experience supporting multiple manufacturing facilities.
• Experience leading SIF prevention and critical risk programs.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT regulations.
• Proven incident investigations using root cause analysis.
• Ability to influence leaders without direct authority.
• Strong project, organizational, and change management skills.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 60–75%.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic EHS leadership to 2–4 facilities in the region.
• Standardize EHS management systems across facilities.
• Develop local ownership for EHS performance with plant leaders.
• Support integration of acquired or startup facilities into EHS programs.
• Drive proactive safety culture and continuous improvement.
• Coach supervisors and managers in safety leadership and risk recognition.
• Maintain regional EHS calendars, audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
• Travel to facilities for coaching, assessments, and support (60–75%).
