Job summary

Sterling Industrial LLC is seeking a Regional EHS Manager to oversee environmental, health, and safety programs across multiple job sites within a designated region. You will support site EHS teams, provide strategic guidance, and ensure consistent implementation of corporate safety policies with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction or industrial safety, including supervisory or regional oversight roles.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA CFR 1926 and 1910 standards.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or OSHA 500/510 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and support to site-level EHS Coordinators and teams.
• Implement, monitor, and enforce corporate EHS programs across regional sites.
• Conduct regional audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and areas for improvement.
• Analyze regional EHS trends and incident data to develop proactive safety strategies.
• Develop and deliver advanced training programs for site EHS staff and project leadership.
• Promote a culture of safety through engagement, coaching, and collaboration with operations.
• Investigate major incidents and root causes to determine corrective actions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local environmental health standards.
