Job summary

Energyneering Solutions Inc. (ESI) seeks an Environmental Health & Safety Regional Lead in Boise, ID to lead proactive safety culture across biogas sites. You will coach supervisors on implementing health and safety processes, verify OHSMS execution, and drive continuous improvement with strong independent work and clear communication.

The role reports to the EHS Manager and requires ~30% travel. A Bachelor’s degree in safety or STEM and 5+ years of relevant experience are preferred, with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applicable experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety or STEM (may be substituted by applicable work experience).
• Proficient in the use of technology including Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and present findings in a clear, concise format.
• Ability to organize and execute projects.
• Valid driver’s license for state of residence.
• Be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and facilitator of our OHSMS and Safe System of Work.
• Conduct site visits to coach workers on new safety processes and sustain execution.
• Conduct learning-style audits and facilitate the completion of findings.
• Participate in our Safety Committee.
• Conduct onsite safety training.
• Develop site-specific safety plans and emergency action plans.
• Conduct and evaluate drills for crisis and emergency response.
• Identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Assist sites with documentation and PPE procurement.
• Investigate incidents to prevent recurrence.
• Provide guidance on compliance questions and safe behaviors.
• Conduct new employee safety orientations.
• Support development of new EHS programs and policies.
