The Sunshine House, Inc. is seeking a Regional Education Manager to lead field-based instructional excellence across multiple centers.

You’ll mentor Education Coaches, partner with center and regional leaders, and drive measurable improvements in early childhood learning through data-informed coaching and professional learning. Compensation ranges from $57,000 to $64,000 annually, with additional benefits including free childcare and car/phone allowances.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Early Childhood Administration, or closely related field.
• At least five years of progressively responsible experience in licensed early care and education, including classroom instructional experience and at least two years leading, managing, or coaching adults.
• Understanding of center operations (staffing, scheduling, licensing readiness, enrollment) and practice for birth through age five.
• Evidence of leading a multi-step improvement effort, using data to inform decisions, and monitoring an action plan.
• Ability to conduct objective observations, facilitate professional learning, provide coaching, manage deadlines, and use digital productivity/data tools.
• Ability to meet background screening/travel requirements.
