Job summary

Thomas More seeks a Bluegrass Regional Dual Credit Coordinator to enhance and manage dual credit programs across high schools and colleges. You will oversee enrollment, monitoring, and guidance for students and educators while coordinating with multiple stakeholders to maximize program impact.

You will collect and analyze data to support program evaluation and ensure compliance with state policies, driving access to higher education and student success in the Bluegrass region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience coordinating educational programs, preferably dual credit or college readiness programs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of secondary and postsecondary education systems and policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partnerships with high schools, colleges, and community organizations to support dual credit program implementation.
• Coordinate student enrollment processes, including eligibility verification, registration, and communication with students and parents.
• Monitor academic progress and provide support or intervention strategies to ensure student success in dual credit courses.
• Organize and conduct informational sessions, workshops, and training for educators, students, and families about dual credit opportunities and requirements.
• Collect, analyze, and report data related to program participation, outcomes, and compliance with institutional and state policies.
• Serve as a liaison between educational institutions to resolve issues and facilitate effective communication.
• Stay informed about changes in educational policies, funding, and best practices related to dual credit programs.
