Motlow State Community College is accepting applications for the Dual Enrollment Regional Program Manager in Moore County. The role oversees the Dual Enrollment Program for an assigned region, coordinating with LEAs and community partners to recruit, admit, progress and retain students.

The position reports to the Dual Enrollment / Academic Affairs department with a focus on strategic program growth. Minimum qualifications include a regionally accredited Bachelor's degree; preferred: two years

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in higher education student services, program management or serving high school student populations.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership, direction, strategic planning and implementation of dual enrollment initiatives for an assigned region.
• Collaborate with area high school CTE directors to expand dual credit and enrollment programs.
• Assist students with admissions, grants and scholarships and advise on academic/career pathways.
• Prepare and submit required reports and grade reports for assigned schools each semester.
• Maintain ongoing communication with prospective and current students and serve as Student Success Advisor within the region.
• Coordinate graduation processes and ensure enrollment in appropriate courses for degree/certification goals.
